  • Duly filled credit card application form
  • Original and copy of National ID or passport
  • Latest pay slip if employed
  • 3 months’ salary account bank statement if employed
  • Bank statement reflecting previous 6 months if self-employed

  • Joining fee – Rwf 10,000
  • Monthly fee - 3.5% of total amount due
  • Cash advance fee - 6% of amount accessed
  • Late payment fee - 5% of total outstanding balance
  • Over limit fee – 2.5%
  • Annual fee - Rwf 15,000
  • Card replacement fee – Rwf 10,000
  • Supplementary card - Rwf 20,000
  • Minimum repayment - 10% of total billed amount
