What we need from you

  • Certificate of Registration/ Incorporation from the Rwanda Development Board (RDB)
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association launched with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB)
  • Original and copy of ID or passport for all signatories and directors or shareholders
  • Board resolution with a company seal, specifying signatories and signing mandates, and appointing BPR as company’s banker
  • One quality colored passport sized photograph of each signatory and director
