Requirements for CSD Account Opening

1. Individuals

• Completed Account Opening Form
• 2 colored passport size photos
• Certified copy of National Identification card or passport
• Must hold a bank account in Rwanda

1. Companies

• Completed Account Opening Form
• Board resolution authorizing the CSD Account opening and mandate of signatories
• 2 colored passport size photos for all signatories
• Certified copy of National Identification card or passport for all signatories
• Must hold a Bank account
• Certified copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation

1. Groups or Associations

• Completed Account Opening Form
• Resolution authorizing the CSD Account opening and mandate of signatories
• 2 colored passport size photos for all signatories
• Certified copy of Certificate of Registration
• Must hold a Bank account
